About Us
Thriving Ministries was founded for pastors - by a pastor. Our founder Dale Roddy has served as a Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Campus Pastor in a variety of settings. He has helped plant new campuses to grow an impactful church to 5 locations, as well as been the Lead Pastor of a turnaround.
Dale also served as VP of a Church Planting Network and helped plant a church prior to becoming a pastor. In addition, Dale has served in nearly every volunteer position in churches, from mobile campus setup team to board member of a thriving multi-site church.
With a diverse background rooted in ministry, we get you - we speak church strategy fluently, understand the unique pressures of ministry and leadership, and can help you pursue the abundant life that Jesus desires.
